[image] Hello All, Happy weekend  Sorry to report there is that the oh so familiar report of Cyber Bullies back at it on the site & Blog world is on again. I have seen 2 attempts on a top female blogger & on another blogger too. What do they have in common ? Same " profile " targets both women and suddenly blocks members from viewing her or the " male profile "account. Isn't that interesting ? What made me smile ? The well said reply to this idiotic troll/cyber bully " members " Thankfully the site can quite easily track the " member " accounts to their original source.PLEASE JUST SAY NO TO CYBER BULLIES. And if you're familiar with the history of it all, it's not hard to tell exactly where it's coming from. . Happy Sun & Thank you for your comment. It is sad that history seems to be repeating itself with the fake profiles leaving rude/abusive comments on bloggers posts. Seems so stupid to me because 1) way to obvious 2) Motive and History pattern already established 3) The site can and will easily trace fake accounts to the pc that created them. Dear Whatfun39, Welcome back to the Site !! I see you remember how bad it got in Our Blog World..It was terrible and extremely childish on the part of some bloggers who ended up deleted/banned and other bloggers getting their friends to leave mean/angry comments on blogs that belong to people they do not like  It really was a damm shame. I see the difference in the blogs too and hope we can keep it going in a Positive way and just kick the negative to the curb. Thank you for your kind & generous words over both of My Respect Blogs. Dear Wanting, Happy Tues Darling It is lovely to see you back at my blog. Very kind of you to stop by, read and share your very well said opinion/concerns. I am in 100% agreement with you.I have been pleading with upper management to remove the blog lists for Yrs. The way it has been set up and left to molder is causing no end of trouble with the members determined to sit on top of that cursed blog list ..NO matter what the cost. I also agree that No member needs hundreds/thousands of fake accounts so they can engage in cheating to be on that dammed list or use their fake accounts to bully other bloggers/members on their blogs or profiles. Sad thing is..there are so many fakes/trolls/bullies..that the nonsense just does not end. Recently 2 female bloggers were cyber bullied on site and had demeaning messages left on their blog posts by one male handle and one female handle ..suddenly they show up at 2 blogs which they'd never visited before and unleashed on the bloggers...then just as quickly, the female handle suddenly vanished from the site when some of Us pointed out what they were doing and how easily these fake accounts can be traced back to the pc and member who created them. Sadly some members think the baiting blogs and stupid blog titles aimed at hurting another member is funny..Thankfully, Most members disagree with them and their " followers ." You have made some excellent suggestions and as I said I do approve. I will make sure that Our CEO gets copy of your message to me. I hope folks share the image & the words..Just a reminder to yourself to stay strong, be who you are and not what someone expects or demands you be..Be a leader and not, NOT a follower.. Everyone is Unique & Everyone has a right to be here, to be a Member and Blog, share , create , chat and exist..Not just the " chosen few. " Once again I need to remind people if you are unhappy here or abused by other members PLEASE report them to the abuse dept asap..If you are unhappy because this site has so many wonderful members who are happy to follow the rules and Terms of Use and you are not...well then there are over 3,000 other dating sites online and you might be happier there. Happy Wed I am not amazed or surprised. I think last year when the fight was over Thalia & the attacks on LBGTQ members and their rights..it was a springboard for members to voice their concerns and feelings about how unfair the abuse was and is to ALL members. This year with the abusive member banned for life..members moved on. When a member wrote a wonderful blog and you suggested a cease fire and some members raced to agree with it..there was hope the ego driven blogs & bitchiness would stop..Alas, since only some members agreed..we were outnumbered by the ones who refused. I wrote this in remembrance of Thalia and to remind folks that the battle goes on and those of us who have been fighting for members rights will keep that battle going. I agree with you we need to keep spreading as much Joy and positive attitude so everyone who is not one of the IN people on site or left behind and abused can feel they have a place where they can be free and share without bullies and abusers bringing their negative into the mix. Dear Joy, Thank you My Friend I was not trying to be inclusive or rude. ..It is just that I keep hearing because of the members here NO ONE will be ever happy or blog in peace because that is the way the blogs and bloggers work/ want it to be.. I 100 % disagree with that assessment of the so called " facts ." If bloggers are unhappy here then I will encourage them to find peace and perhaps a place better suited to them. This site was created to be the 1st social networking site..NOT the 1st site for members to belittle one another and abuse. Peace , Kindness and Respect work when everyone commits to those ideals . [image] Happy Weekend, I wanted to add this post about some abuse happening in a couple of our chat rooms here on site. I have known for years about the bullying & harassing that goes on in the chat rooms. I've been a victim of it myself. I truly think that such behavior has led to the downfall of the chat rooms. I used to visit with my friends in one chat room and we'd have a crowd of great members ..up to 35 people all happily chatting at once..Sometimes the room was so crowded that members were being bounced out to let in new members to chat !! ALL day long that room was crowded then the jealousy , stupidity, trollish behavior started and members began to abandon chat rooms. You can't really blame them. I am mentioning this because I have been waiting for the United Bloggers to mention this subject as it mirrors what the Banned for Life member was doing to Our LBGTQ community...Yet no one has other then this dear friend who is going through this mess has blogged about it. I have talked at great length with the Head of Our Abuse dept about these grotesque attacks against members both male and female . WE all need to stand up and say NO to attacks on blogs, via email, advice line/magazine or IMC and in groups/chat rooms. PLEASE Join Us in this battle to preserve the site & the rights for all members to have a safe & fun time on site without the trolls engaging in lies and brutal attacks..PLEASE have a peek at this blog and comment if you can.. [image] Hello All My Darling Readers, Happy Weekend World Hope everyone is doing Great. Just wanted to update some situations ongoing in our Blogging/Chat world.I have heard that the chat room squabbles and abuse have been put to rest..perhaps only for a moment but it is quieter and folks are back to enjoying a chat world where bullies and their idiotic behavior are NOT tolerated. Great job to those brave members who took the time to report the problem handles. Next up is a problem that occurred when a female blogger wrote on her own blog about another member she found unattractive. She did not name the woman in question but her remarks have upset a lot of bloggers and members both male and female..2 blogs that I have seen written about this incident have said it all quite well. I just wanted to say that every blogger can write what they feel & like and should without fear of censorship but to single out a woman and abuse her, bully her and make fun of her is never going to be allowed..Perhaps the female blogger just wanted attention to be focused on her and well...from what I saw she achieved that.. All I can add is feel free to blog , post, comment whatever you like all anyone is asking is that you follow the rules of the site TOU and that you do not lower yourself to abuse and use lies to promote your blog. If you find the woman unattractive or man..then ignore them. Thanks to all who have been using the # hashtags with their signatures and posts..I love doing them and so glad to see others do too...How flattering to see copies of my words everywhere Thanks to my friends who used the Respect blogs in their signature hashtags.
