Exercise frustration


Can anyone suggest some good exercise dvds that worked for you? I have a couple but I get bored with them. My stomach is my weakest point and so I need exercises to help that cause once my stomach strengthens then I'll be able to do tougher workouts.

It really sucks, the more you weigh the harder it is to exercise but it's more important than ever to exercise the heavier you are. I'm the heaviest I've been in my life and I'm feeling frustrated cause I try to exercise but my body can't do a lot of the stuff now. I'm not so fat I can't get up. I work 8-10 hrs a day usually, on my feet.
I try walking once in awhile but usually I work towards evening and by the time I get home it's dark out and not safe to go for a walk.

My friend even tried giving me an exercise to do that just 15 min a day and I'll lose weight but the problem is I physically can't do it as fast as you're supposed to. I may get done a fourth of what should be done which means in order to get anywhere I'd have to do for an hour and I know I can't do that.

I just want to lose weight and it pisses me off I'm physically unable to do some exercises that would really help me.
and if anyone cracks any fat jokes I'll become a bitch you really don't want as an enemy.
I'm seriously trying to lose weight, I'm not happy with myself. I'm not lazy, blah blah blah.

Don't bother trying to figure me out. Not even the little voices in my head understand me. It's pointless!

Thanks for the reply. I don't want to lose all the weight I'd need to to be in my "ideal" range. But I do want to lose about 80 pounds (would need to lose 130 or so to be in the ideal range). I realize that 80 pounds is not gonna come off in a few months. I just would like to see a steady decline in my weight, even a few pounds every couple months. Just so my weight is going down and not up. It will give me the motivation to keep going.

I was looking at a 10 min belly burn dvd, or jillian michael's 30 day shred. They both have good reviews and are around the same price. the jillian one would be intense though and I'm not sure how I'd react to it.

Someone suggested zumba for wii, she's lost weight on it. But I'm not a dancer, I am so uncoordinated. so I'm not sure how well that'd work for me. Plus it's like 3 times more money than the jillian dvd.

I guess I'll see what I wanna do. I just know I need to lose this weight. It's hard not to just set the big goal of 80 pounds but that's setting up for failure. I just need to concentrate on a few pounds at a time.
