Why are men attracted to thick curves?

I have noticed that many men, especially men of color are attracted to women with breast, butt and thighs. (Thick like a snickers bar, sweet, curvy like a coke bottle). I want to conduct a survey to find what kind of man is attracted to thick girls and why?
