6 Days Ok I am on day six to no smoking I honestly must say I didn't think it would be that hard or maybe that easy. I will keep everyone up to date on my progress. LOL Always be yourself |

I tried those fake ones those are worse, I'm not really that hungry. I've actually lite one up the other day and said nah forget it. And put it out. I have 8 left figured I would end up doing the same thing. So would just hang on to those for one of those moments. Always be yourself

You go!!!!!!! I use the ecig and it has taken my real ciggy craving to zero....tho I do hang on to it closer than my electronics  You can do it, keep your mind into it and you can! All my best and support!DA

Ok ok so I kinda failed a little bit on this smoking thing. But I am still not smoking like I use to. So, this whole thing is still a work in progress. I really must say, I would never know what to do if I had to give up sex and stick to toys I don't think I could do it. LMAO. Always be yourself

Don't look at it as having failed...instead it's merely a set back but I know you'll turn it around and make better progress. It's difficult (trust me I know) but I have faith in you.

Ok so no smoking all day today and most of yesterday and couldnt use the ecig if i wanted to cause after having teeth pulled your not suppose to suck on straws or smoke well u could if you wanted to make things worse. LOL Always be yourself
