Sometimes too
Sometimes I feel very small, and others I feel as though everything rests upon me.
Sometimes I feel very fragile, and others I'm the protector and can afford no weakness.
Sometimes I think I'd like to be protected. Other times I feel as if I wouldn't be able to trust anybody to protect me and so I protect myself, sometimes by hiding in my shell.

 At the back of anything I write, there exists a deep seated faith in the ability of humans to do great things, in the large and small sense. Given the yin/yang of things generally, there also exists the other part.

I try to enjoy one and weather the other. Just don't be afraid to ask for a helping hand.

That's just it, there is always both. One just pops to the forefront while the other takes a backseat for awhile. I weather it until it passes, but I don't ask for help. I'm kinda of the opinion that if someone really cares about me, they're going to see that I could use some. I don't want anyone to feel obligated or pity, nothing like that. Just actions show me how someone really feels.
