High enough?

Here's a picture from the top of the mountain we were on in Barton VT. I have a terrible memory or I'd tell ya all the name of the mountain we were on and the lake in the picture. The summit has a rock called Eagles Nest. We went up the "red trail" and down the "white trail". There are a lot of rock faces to climb and The Wee One and Queen of No Pants did a great job and only needed to be picked up in a few places. They needed to hold hands more often with myself or my friend because of the steep places and drop offs. Safety first. All in all it was less than 4 miles total, but a great morning hike.

What an amazing view. That hike was obviously tiring, but well worth it.

Sorry I have been so absent, life seems to be happening to me.
