TO PEG, OR NOT TO PEG: THAT IS THE QUESTION   Shakespeare’s Hamlet To be, or not to be: that is the question: Whether 'tis nobler in the mind to suffer The slings and arrows of outrageous fortune, Or to take arms against a sea of troubles, And by opposing end them. To die: to sleep; No more; and by a sleep to say we end The heart-ache, and the thousand natural shocks That flesh is heir to, 'tis a consummation Devoutly to be wish'd. To die, to sleep; To sleep: perchance to dream: aye, there's the rub; For in that sleep of death what dreams may come, When we have shuffled off this mortal coil, Must give us pause: there's the respect That makes calamity of so long life; For who would bear the whips and scorns of time, The oppressor's wrong, the proud man's contumely, The pangs of despised love, the law's delay, The insolence of office, and the spurns That patient merit of the unworthy takes, When he himself might his quietus make With a bare bodkin? who would fardels bear, To grunt and sweat under a weary life, But that the dread of something after death, The undiscover'd country from whose bourn No traveler returns, puzzles the will, And makes us rather bear those ills we have Than fly to others that we know not of? Thus conscience does make cowards of us all, And thus the native hue of resolution Is sicklied o'er with the pale cast of thought, And enterprises of great pith and moment With this regard their currents turn awry And lose the name of action. I’ve never really got into Shakespeare - too much hard work, but I hope he would appreciate this juxtaposition. At heart I’m quite a low culture person. Give me a Viz comic and I’m happy! As far as I know, William Shakespeare was never pegged by Anne Hathaway. I’ve been pegged a few times; I loved it. But I wouldn’t love being pegged if no lube was used unless it was Anne Hathaway pegging me because I could then write a play about it!         |

I'm a huge fan of Shakespeare, have taught it to homeschoolers, and love watching movies based on his plays. I have pegged a couple of different guys. It was never in a serious relationship. It was strange to feel the power that comes with that. I had to be very careful not to hurt the person I was with because I found myself overwhelmed with the urge to thrust hard. Do you enjoy Shakespeare? Yes I do. I like Elizabethan English in general. I'm not a Christian but certain books of the King James Bible are quite beautiful. Have you been pegged by someone or have you pegged someone? No, I've never been pegged. My wife has threatened a couple of times to wait til I'm asleep and peg me. I was never scared though- she's a deep sleeper and is in far more danger than I am of waking up with something hard stuck up her ass. I'm at an age now where I'm a lot less hung up about such things, I reckon. So I suppose I might relent and try it. I would NOT be posting photos of the event. You gotta draw the line somewhere.
