I can I hope by way of penance, shed some light on the condition itself  It is Elephantiasis (often more commonly known under the misnomer, Elephantitis. The said affliction is caused by the infection of a parasitic worm (typically filariasis) which in turn causes grotesque swelling of the extremities, particularly the legs and genitals. The good news however is that the condition is treatable and that a full cure is expected as early as next year Ah, my sunburn you say? I'm afraid it's not very pretty at the moment as I am presently peeling like a reptile shedding its skin
