In the buns business.
OK, so I've been looking at a few business ideas lately. One is to get a work bicycle, specially designed for carrying food to local offices etc. In a town with few gradients this is a good idea. For example, on the beach front at Blackpool.
Sadly as we are stuck in Stoke on Trent, home of the terrible hill, the idea of pushing a fully loaded cart of goods is not so good.
I'd have buns of steel but the knees of an old man. Ohh but I want one.

Don't ever give up searching for the fun in life.

 You could do it! Hub gears and a small chainring with a big cog on the hub and you will be riding in style at ~5 MPH & 120 RPM cadence. Think positive, you don't have to get there in a flash, you just need to get there when the people are buying.
