MOVING ON!!! Phoenix has become the top home market place in the country..prices are rising weekly as the demand for homes here is greater than supply. As investors and home buyers are flocking to purchase homes in and around the Phoenix area..so a great time to sell. I will be putting my home on the market...and looking for a new home or condo. Time for a change, as i have been here for 12 years.This is the longest I have been in a home anytime before. THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: PERFORMING MIRACLES, ISN'T A MATTER OF DOING THE IMPOSSIBLE, IT'S A MATTER OF REDEFINING THE POSSIBLE. PEOPLE ONCE THOUGHT DOUBLE CHOCOLATE WAS IMPOSSIBLE, YUM. Remember:.."Thoughts become things..choose the good ones!"  |

Yes..at my age..still have it...and still want it..and always desire it...always slipping into..movies, my mindset...anything else...me..into that sweet spot....slow and easy at first...just to feel the feeling...oh how good it feels...once it feels so good..all else becomes natural...letting it go and flow...oh what a feeling..my head is reeling...ahhh..enjoy...

Is this why you hadn't posted today. You were busy selling your home? Four bids is awesome! There are two people interested in this place I'm in but, we'll see when it actually goes up for sale. Who knows. Maybe we wont even have to go that far and save money by eliminating a realtor. As for being a hunter? Been there, Bogie. Though I think, I was more of a catch and coddle? ..

Make that three times I'd boo hoo'd yesterday. Hunt me down or hurt me? Its both and today was no better. Facing these ghosts, I have done. It would seem as soon as there is a weakness shown, they go in for the kill. Sweets I'm tired of being the prey. Whatever happened to running through a daisy laden field chasing butterflies. Now doesn't that sound ten times better? ((hugs))) That does sound good...running through a field of daisies and butterflies all around..hold that thought...sounds good to me too...enjoy your evening...

Yes..I love to read...another out of reality ..into fantasy..which is good sometimes...to step into a feeling good place...those ghosts or sub-conscience can come back and hunt you...need to deal with them when they show up..and then you can release them...embrace them..for they were there for a reason..don't run..stay and face them...love who you are...as you should..for you are love and loved..

That's the way it was here..but has reversed in the last 6 months..enjoy..
