As a BDSM I find it wonderful that there are other BDSM lovers out there. Yeah, we're shy, silly, maybe dorky, definitely clueless at times, but we're genuine and surprisingly confident (we just don't show it like the egoist). There is a Paradox of the BDSM though; sometimes those same traits can be a hinderance later in the relationship. Go figure, nuthin's easy.

Ummm.... It's a double edged sword. It depends on the quality of the woman I suppose. I got taken advantage of because the woman was selfish, but I was always so willing to make her happy. I like this post though, because even if a man is confident, or self-aware, they can still be somewhat shy and reserved in certain situations. And by your definition of BDSM, I suppose I have been into it most of my life! Aye aye aye!

There are a lot of men out there, who have no idea of their high sexiness quotient, just because they have been led to believe they don't fit society's definition of "hunky, good looking, buff and young".
