you just have to try sometimes Some might think it a bit odd to hear me say I am reluctant in things I do. they might say I am adventurous. forthcoming and outgoing. maybe even bold. but what they do not see, is the constant doubt in my heart. But I fight it. I try. there is doubt about being good or bad, doing right or wrong. there are times and places I know one thing or another is not exactly as it seems, or something is amiss. I try to avoid those places and times if possible. but then there are other places and times I am unsure about. things I never learned in school or from my family. and it makes me wish for better knowledge. so I try. I try to learn, without going too far. doing the wrong things. finding out the wrong lessons. and sometimes I do it right. but then again, sometimes not. but that too is part of living. as long as you are really living, you might as well give things a try. |
