(1) I let my emotions settle down (2) I realize I have been hurt. (3) I ask myself did I set myself up.(4) I realize If I hang on to this It will suck the joy right out my of my life. (5) Hurt doesn't go away overnight The longer I fight and Hang on to the emotion the longer it takes to for them ebb. Be well.

If someone disrespects or back stabs me I make it known that I will have my revenge on them. Then I sit back and wait so that they are always looking over their shoulder waitinmg for me to get them. What goes around comes around and just when they think I have forgotten I will get them back for it. I ama very patient man. LOL
