Stuffed Peppers

Amazing what I can do when I have a day off and nothing at all to do.

School was canceled today because we got 2 feet of snow last night.

Oh the fun.....

I literally had to shovel myself into my car. Again, very thankful I live somewhere where the snow removal is the responsibility of someone else. Aside from cleaning my car enough to back out and move it to a cleared parking spot, I had literally no interaction with the weather at all.

Only two weeks into winter, and already endured a veritable blizzard. I hope this isn't a sign of what's to come.

They were pretty good, but it was actually my first attempt at using this recipe. My grandmother used to make the best food too.

Don't like snow though, don't even know how to use a snow shovel either.
