I Admit It

I admit it, have trust issues with people. I build walls around me, having been burnt so many times before, both professionally and in personal life.
I keep to myself, talk very little.........have given people the cold look when asked where I've been, and walk on without answering.
Am comfortable in my life, having shielded myself for so long from anyone getting close, have one good friend I trust, and my dear sweet better half. She must be a Saint, to put up with me!

Romance her heart, tease her body, enjoy the company shared in bed n out! Treasure every moment spent together, in good times n bad!

Took almost 20 years for me to open up to my only friend.
Man like me and my past, are main causes, know the evil that others can and often will do for their own goals. We live in just as dangerous times as the 70's n 80's!

I too have *people* issues. I've been a loner for most of my life.

I usually have only one close friend at a time. People are definitely not to be trusted with any personal/important info.

I've gotten very comfortable living alone and *kinda* prefer it.
A *loving* relationship WOULD be nice... but I'm too old to start that now.
That takes time to develop.

Yes, does take time to develop. One can change if they truly want to, but I don't have that option. Past training, learned lessons, and a questionable past employer won't allow it, who to this day offers me "jobs".
So, I live the life of a armed hermit, have for 35 years, save for my lovely lady.
