Doctors Say Work Doesn't Count
Doctors Say Work Doesn't Count Doctors say work doesn't count as exercise, but I can attest that after 35 years of running my ass off does count! With the exception of bumps in the road with back issues, my weight varied very little. Night after night of constant working hard for 8, 9 or more hours, walking many miles in 5, 6 or 7 days a week kept me fit. 3 or 4 times a week putting away 1000 pounds of product loads is extra "exercise". Very little time to sit and rest, always on the go. While the heavy lifting ruined my discs in my back, the walking alone, constantly making product kept me slim. All on about 1500 calories a day! Even when I reached my 60's, wasn't until this current bout with 5 fusions, did I put on 30 pounds, which I'm slowly cutting (have lost 15 pounds). Man, it's hard to lose weight when you get older! But, I WILL DO IT! So, work DOES COUNT as exercise, doctors are full of BS! Romance her heart, tease her body, enjoy the company shared in bed n out! Treasure every moment spent together, in good times n bad! Cum visit my blog, you're always welcum! submokey Become a watcher! THINK PINK! |

As you probably know, one will tell you one thing, and another one will tell you something completely different. Just do what your able to do, your right about trying to lose weight at an older age too !!

If you are moving your body you are exercising, maybe not enough to lose weight but hopefully enough to keep from gaining more weight. Please don't let me be misunderstood.

Agree with you there. Loosing weight as you grow older is very difficult. It takes a lot of exercise and monitoring what your eating too hugs V Become a blog watcher sweet_vm
