I'm an onion ring kind o guy. Sonic Drive Ins have the best around here. When we had an Arby's I would have the potato cakes. When the going gets weird, the weird turn pro. The only thing we have to fear is fear itself.

I vote for Belgium for the best fries; they are served with mayonnaise

Some of the more trendy eateries here in Oz serve them with aioli...now THAT's nice!

There are several local, independent, places here in town that make their own, greasy fries. Yummmmm. But "orgasms in your mouth"? REALLY, is that the best kind? Blaming Mother Nature, on HNW Horseback Riding What an Ass [post 3312759] My Private Blog – Tell me All your Secrets

There are three local places that hand cut their fries per order and one of them rolls them in herbs before they come to the table. OMG. One of them leaves the skins on and they sue garlic cheese. (Virtual Symposium Group) use Virtual Symposium Group

Five Guy fries are pretty good but my favorite are the ones I make myself. I don't like them too salty but the Mrs. salts her own!

As far as fast-food places, I'd say McDonalds, but Kua Aina Burgers had the best. They closed down in town, and only have them in the rural areas now. Thoughts from the Garden...

"Let us sensuously frolic in the ethereal sublime beauty of the purple mists of steamy passion, swim in the deep, crystal, blue seas of fiery desire, and sit upon the white sands of the steamy beach of lust and hot amorous desire my sexy lady." scott6250 "Sweet, steamy, sensuous kisses light the bright fires of passionate lust within us." scott6250

The Chip shop down the road from me makes brilliant fries....but my grandkids think mine are the best. However I don't eat them any more.....I am on a mission to lose weight! ~~Anais Nin~~

Trend? I thought the place had been around since the 20s, though I also know they're expanding and just opened one near my son in Norman. We went to (presumably) the original location on 23rd, just down from Big Truck Tacos, and it was packed. (SORRY for hi-jacking your blog Kinky.) Hi... Hubby prefers mc D's fries .. have to be hot and fresh or forget it. Myself i like Wendy's and dip them in my frosty. but they have to be salty...I also make a mean french fires at home when feeling adventurous and on a Saturday lunch kind of thing..Scrub russets.. towel dry , cut up leave the skin on. put light cooking oil , fresh garlic, onion powder,Italian seasoning , toss in a bowl.. put on lined cookie sheet and bake 375 deg for 35 minutes or until golden brown. turning halfway.. use a mayo/bbq sauce mix for dipping...enjoy... Yummmm i might have to make them this weekend..lol
