I always curious about this, Scottish men wear their skirts (kilt) ..they wear nothing underneath? bare? hahahah.. I wonder.. let me know if u are Scottish..

No we wear it!
It's depend on our mood on that day we wear or not!

Sorry... as one who loves man in a kilt...

And every man I've ever known to wear one goes without underwear. I'm sure it depends on the situation though.

Actually malaysia abandoned singapore during independent cos less burden and wishing to get a lighter shoulder cos in singapore that time less their race in there. this is what people say u give me pressure and i give u miracle..this what singapore proved to the world.. not easy for a tiny small country to become world most expensive cost of living country..and singapore leader salary is higher than any country leaders now.. unexpected eh! yup singapore make history!! every one need salute their leaders make it this far.
