does it truly works or just a coincidence ???

after having such a down day yesterday I am determined to smile as much as I can today...some hug therapy it really works
unfortunately no one is home during the day these days, so I will have to wait till they all come home.. so today i'm gonna go around blogland and hand out some virtual hugs to strangers. that is why I think cuddle parties are aso cool and needed we all need touch !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hug Therapy

I was reminded of this posting when writing my blog yesterday about making ypur own sunshine, this is one way to do it
After refreshing my memory I sat and thought about what I did and what happened after I learned this tidbit.

I indeed started being even more affectionate to my family and what I found out was it worked.
Not only for myself but everyone else as well.
It wasn't easy, cause at that time I wasn't feeling it with my husband and it took alot of effort to get it started.
Once I did though, I started receiving hugs and affection without initiating them first !
.
My eldest whom is on the autism spectrum even responded well to this, he may not innate to many hugs and such still
but he is more open to receiving them.
Every once in awhile he hugs first.
My husband also has has tendencies and
really responded to what I now call Hug Therapy.

I hope after reading this you might consider doing it and after awhile take sometime to see if you too notice a difference.
I'm curious to know if it truly was this or just a coincidence

Getting a hug is always better than not getting a hug.
