I'm actually pleased to see more people against it than for it in the poll. I believe private photos should be left as private, not publicly displayed like an advertisement. So, one might question why I did precisely that. Well, this poll is also part of an experiment, which I might add, went exactly how I thought it would. So, while we may all agree, cock photos are not approved of by a few people, it seems there's a large hidden society that does. Whether it's men or women, isn't the point. The poll only shows a vocal minority. There was also a lack of explanation for pussy photo's, but I'm sure a poll for that would be completely different. Thank you all for your comments this far and because my poll and experiment are already a success, I will be removing my photo earlier than expected. LOL I don't care to get slapped so I am not putting my penis out first for anything. As for Ladywithatti2d, I surely agree and wouldn't ever tell my daughter to ask men to see their penis first. If I had a son I surely would tell him to keep his pants zipped up too. I don't know when showing your penis 'first' became okay, but it isn't. I guess I am just old.

I can say at my age it is totally pretentious for anyone to think someone will like you or meet up with you based on a cock photo. There are so many other factors that come in to play including if they are an asshole or are selfish at anything!! I don't have time at my age to be around anyone that thinks what they want is all that matters and to hell with me, nor be around anyone that thinks I should worship his genitals. I don't expect anyone to worship mine either. Faces are so different and diverse that it will come in to play as well as personality and egos and things, none of which anyone can tell from a cock shot alone. I was just directed here, and I have read all the answers. I agree with most although I am not seeing where anyone said someone with a cock photo is automatically an a**hole or selfish even in the re-quoting I didn't see those words. I agree that we have no way of knowing who is male or female and there are tons of scammers here on this site. Many men use the female profiles to get views so they can see more profiles and photos. I do also know of the filters and in fact I was one that pushed in our focus group here on the site for those filters to be in place based on the complaints we were all seeing in the blogs and advice lines. That doesn't mean that people don't have an answer for this poll/blog post either lol Personally, I feel that one should put their best forward for a first, and usually the best is not a genital part. I have honestly seen men that have said they didn't want the 'gyno' shots on a first view either. There IS a confusion though as many men don't want to hear you don't want to see their penis, yet you have photos of your boobs up. I get it, I honestly do. Unfortunately because someone wants to 'show' that doesn't mean they automatically want to 'see' is all I can say. Personally, I prefer to see your face as it was mentioned, Quasimodo has a penis and boy I don't want to wake up to that in the morning no matter what either. LOL

First off, all men have a dick. It won't change its size no matter what. Quasimodo had a dick, I am not going out with him. If you are ugly, smelly, or an asshole your dick won't matter at all. I know quite a few people that are happy in their relationships even though the guy is not 2000 inches long. Most men seem to think if they don't have a monster dick the world will collapse when in reality less than 1% of men are over the average of 6 inches. I do appreciate "different" cock shots. Those that are taken with humor or somehow unique. I have contacted a few guys due to their cock shot but it was because they made me laugh (intentionally). Otherwise I prefer to go look for the cock shot if I'm curious.
