 I have always posted a current face pic.No hat .No sunglasses.Not poorly lit.
Honest and unattractive loses to hot, mean,cruel and disrespectful people.

 very nice photo and you have hit the nail on the head about using old photos, a person should always be honest, and use an up to date photo.
