Everything needs a label in today's society. SLUT is a term that we don't find offencive but I hate to call some one that other than maybe some one that applies that label to themselves....

I was told that the true difference between a slut and a whore is, a whore gets paid for having massive amounts of sex and a slut has prodigious amounts of sex merely for the enjoyment of the sex. I don't use either in conversation, but I am a bit of a man slut.happym;

The classic definition of each of these terms, as I see it, would be: "Slut" = "A woman/man who has sex with multiple partners frequently for the pure enjoyment of it."" Whore" =" A woman/man who has sex with multiple partners frequently for the purpose of earning money." So I would think that why you're doing it would determine which term applies. Although both can be used as derogatory labels it's a matter of personal taste whether to be offended by their use or not. Remember that opinions are like assholes, we all have one and most of them never get seen in public. FS

I think both Men and Women who Luv Sex with more than one partner multiple times a week are Sluts(like Me)!!! I think i'm right here, by definition a Whore gets paid to have se lucky girl) so unless You are getting paid Slut is a better description, so I say Why Not Get Paid while yo are doing what I Luv to do!!!!!!

if men have sex often with different women people call them stalions... if women do the same people call them whores and sluts... old fashioned toughts... safe sex is good and wealthy... if people are not commited with anyone they are free to do what they want. More than one "Partner" , to me, means she is bisexual, so then her chances of having sex way more than 2x a week are much greater. If someone in a couple situation is only getting sex [at your defined low point] only 2x a week, then it's time to look for someone else. Are women who have sex often, more than twice a week, with more than one partner: ..... Usually are much happier women, regardless of what you call her. A.) a slut (which I personally don't find an offensive title) .... Yes, she is. Literally she is, because sluts do it for pleasure, not profit. As men are natural born sluts because typically you don't have to give us anything to put out. B.) a whore (well yeah that offensive) .... Yes, If she being kept [ie: Married and provided for], or if she is given gifts to prompt her to have sex, or if she is fed [ie: taken out to dinner and he pays for it], or if she is just being given cash for services. C.) neither (safe sex is a good thing) ... Is she neither? No. She is one or the other [as would a man be one or the other]. But in polite society we would just say she is happy. Or she is my wife, or she is my gf, or she is my mistress. And even if she is a slut or a whore, she can still practice safe sex.

She is neither. She is a sexually well adjusted and happy woman. Lucky not to have been caught up in all the bull that is given to girls when young about "That Type of girl," and why no man will marry her if she is.

well...I voted for slut...because I love sluts, want to hang out with them and want one for a wife. True, a woman can be sexually well adjusted and all that other BS...but it comes down to attitude. I also find "whore" offensive as it implies being bad, not caring, being selfish. On the other hand, being a slut, means flirtatious and fun, always giving, up for just about anything and never saying no if it feels good. It turns me on to hear the exploits of a slut - especially if she were my wife.

Personally I love the word slut, as it applies to myself and promiscuous women but I never use it in a derogatory or shaming manner. Basically i think a slut is a person who has sex with more than one partner. And that's an awesome thing, right. If a woman is uncomfortable with that word then I wouldn't use it. But for me it's the sexiest word in the English language.
