The terms, do not apply to the frequency she has sex, do not apply to the quantity of men she has sex with, either. Sluts do it for pleasure. Whores do it for a compensational gain. It might be just one guy a year. Question is does she expect compensation, or is she giving it away?

The words do have meaning to many people and to me the person you described would be called a slut but I like to think of them as not having found the quality or quantity of sex they need from one person yet. A whore isn't looking for sexual satisfaction but using sex to attain other things or favours and of no interest to me what-so-ever. But, it's best to just call people by their name, until they're aroused.
