 How people treat, not just tip, service people is a good sign of what sort of person they are.
Being a good waiter/waitress or bartender takes a lot more smarts that most people who have never done it realize.
If you see me in the real world, come say "Hi Justskin."

I always behave. Preferably not well.

 That's a huge tell for me too. Does not apply to dates only, I won't have much of a chance enjoying anyone's company who is a tool to the wait staff. I never worked that side of things but I have empathy for anyone doing it.
I've been out with people that I had considered friends, and then the wheels come right off when they do that.
