When ever that happens when I am in line I am always compelled to make someones day by taking care of the rest.That someone's day is mine not there's. Its just a good feeling to help someone out.
No I don't expect a phone number or some form of compensation.A genuine
thank you is so different than one contrived!

I'm sure he'll forgive you.

I had to call tech support today when I lost my internet connection. My network preferences showed that I had a connection but no pages would load and I got "no connection" messages. I've had good luck with customer service from my provider before and I got one of the best ever reps today. She was friendly, pleasant and had a sense of humor. And she not only fixed the problem but offered some assistance with a different and recurring problem. Online tech support is a tough job and I'm really pleased when I get this kind of service. I was having a lot of problems today and she went a long way toward improving my mood. i wish I could have given her a hug.

Sorry it made me laugh. I have had a similar experience but mine was actually in the store with about $150 grocery cart- and the card got declined!! Yep it's annoying but not the end of the world. Enjoy your Sunday
