More grumblings about the IM

Let me start by saying I know I'm a standard member. "You get what you pay for" blah blah blah. But over the last decade I've been on and off LesbianPersonals several times as both a premium and standard member. This time, I didn't see the point in paying for the site. There are too many glitches compared to the "good ole days". I understand why they dropped from 10 to 5 to 3 invites for standards. Want to chat? Pay for it. But for the last 2 days when I log in, I try to initiate a chat and it shows 0 left.

Standard members can have 3 instant messenger conversations. We do this to give our Gold members more access to other members.

Why then do I show 0 the first time I log in for the day????

Is anyone else having this issue?

 It is now 3 IMs period, not everyday. They are trying to force people to buy gold but there is even less value in that the more they take from everyone else. I mean why would I pay for gold to be allowed to email and message someone when the majority can't even see my email, much less answer back. (unless I choose to spend even more money to allow them the privilege of reading the message I already paid to send)

When did that change again (to 3 IMs period)?

I also can't understand why they would deny the ability of Standard members to read private messages sent by Gold members, as that places a restriction on which members the premium members can communicate with.
