Flirts?
Flirts? Honestly the big question here is why does this feature exist? Other than fakers making no effort and sending a flirt see if you check out their profile, because you are curious, why would you bother? In reality is a flirt just a lazy way of saying I like your picture but beyond don't bother or is it genuine interest? Most of flirts have come from the USA so it's pretty pointless as profile is clear I'm not looking anything long distance. If it's genuine interest then a message should be sent otherwise why would I bother send you a message if I check out your profile? if you can't even work up the creative juices send one start with is there really any point? |

So, sometimes it is a way of saying, Hi, thinking of you to someone you already know but they arent online right now. It used to work good to let a gold member know you were interest when you couldn't contact them unless they contacted you first but that doesn't work anymore.

The majority of the flirts are fake. I believe this site sends them to interest you in signing up for a membership. At least that is my take on it. Despite the high cost of living it still remains popular.

Good question; "Why does the flirt feature exist".... The reasoning is pretty simple. What do people do to check out sexual availability or sexual interest? They flirt. . ... So if you have a dating [sex] website, and you want people to interact with each other, you develop your site with stuff people are familiar with already. There you go.... the "Flirt". ...Another.. the "Wink" [is that still here? Idk.] ... These are attention getters. The flirt is an extension of the males "Cat call" to women, or the woman "Flashing her tits" at you. Now why do these people , or you, bother, sending a flirt?. Finding someone attractive [whether they are near or absurdly far] the reasoning is to communicate attraction [for whatever reason]. I would not concern myself with , "Is the person fake or real". Just doesn't fucking matter!! If the person [who sent the flirt] lives within my area and I might be mutually attracted? I might send them a short note, or flirt back, or wink. Doesn't matter if they're fake or real. You do this because if someone flirts with you at [say] a pub, from across the room, and you like what you see, ....what'ya do? You flirt back, you wink, or you wave them over, or you go over there and see if they're "All that" , up-close. Online, the objective is to now meet, by you inviting them [since they sent the flirt] , or they invite you [after you flirt back]. So back to the comment, "Doesn't matter if they are fake".... if you invite them , and they don't respond, whether they are real or fake, ....they may as well just be fake. Likewise, if they invite you to meet , and you don't respond... you're not real in their mind. And they'll go online and grouse about how someone is fake...... So don't worry about it.

wolfman492019 replies on 9/4/2019 3:09 pm: Fakers always respond that's the idea for them to get interest and get you chatting to exchange email or phone number so it does matter. If the vast majority of these flirts are sent by the system or fakers then it's just all false flirts that's my point. There isn't any interest at all and it becomes just a waste of time and only of any use to fakers to grab your interest. The point is if they never meet with you, and they live in your area, you may as well consider yourself communicating with a fake. Never "Stay" online with someone who lives in close proximity. If you have their attention, then you get them offline as quick as possible to meet with you. [If you haven't met them yet] Never spend your time chatting with someone who lives nearby. Half hour? One hour at the very most. But within 20 minutes you should suggest a place and time to meet, that day or the next. Never give them your phone number [nor email] , either. Not until you've met them and know for a fact you want them to have your number.

I understand what the topic is, and my point is, if you cannot meet the person, real or not, you may as well consider them fake. When you get a flirt, .....from someone who lives close by, ...invite them to come meet you somewhere. If they don't? Consider them fake.
