Did I almost get played?

So a few days ago I got a message from a beautiful and aggressive girl telling me how she wanted to meet up when she came to town in about a week. A few photos and raunchy messages were exchanged and I was excited. As the day of the meet arrived I get a message from her telling me that she wants to try out her Russian Roulette fantasy which works like this: She will get one of her friends, a guy or a girl, to come over to my place and suck me off while filming the whole thing. Then this guy or girl will go back to the original girl and give her the video. She will watch the video to get worked up before coming to see me and cutting loose. The Russian Roulette part is that I won't know if it's going to be a guy or a girl until I open my door. I don't have any bi-curiosity but, man, this was a tough choice. 50/50 odds aren't too bad, but if a guy showed up at my door I just don't know what I would do. So I replied back to this girl with a firm but polite "no thanks" but I let her know that if she still wanted to meet up with just the two of us that I was totally up for that. And she never responded to me again.
So I played it over and over again in my head wondering if I should have just gone for it. But then something occurred to me. The photos she sent me were never fresh photos. How do I know that she really was who she said she was? And then I realized that this could totally be a brilliant plan by a gay guy to get straight guys to let him suck them off, film it, and then escape with the evidence. The target wouldn't realize what happened until the girl from the photos never shows up. It's a good plan if that's the kind of thing you'd want to do. So what do you think? Did I miss out on an exciting opportunity or was I almost scammed?
