As a standard member I have noticed that I am receiving mail which I can't access to read. Anyone know how I can do this without upgrading my membership. All suggestions appreciated!

As a standard member who can remember the days of unlimited IM messages, I was wondering what everyone thought about the further reduction from a limit of 5 to 3.
