It's now the final week of summer. Labor Day is coming up and the rule not wear white pants after Labor Day is quickly approaching. For those that believe in the rule anyways. will be going back to school, sports will be starting, and tv shows that we all have been waiting for will be back. Soon it will start getting darker quicker. But it's okay, for in another year summer will be back.

Why the rain?

Is anyone else a little bummed out about this rain that we are currently experiencing? I really don't get it as its November 22 and its still raining. Yes the weather is mild, but should it not be dropping to colder temperatures? A couple weeks ago, in October I believe it was, there was snow. Nice big flurries were falling from the sky. Now as we approach December, I cannot help myself, but why the rain?

Limewire Shutdown

I know this news is a little old, but I'd like to consider a couple thinks.
To start it off, Limewire, another p2p music sharing software is now battling law suits in the States. The software no longer works. It seems that the government will go and shut one software down, then another opens up. First we had napster, that got shut down, then Ares opened up, and then Limewire. Is the judicial system really doing their job? They manage to close one software, but then another opens up just to commit the same crime. Is the court system really just fighting a one sided battle and will never win?

Drive Thru pet peves

Okay so I was thinking the other day while I was sitting in the Tim Hortons Drive Thru, that there should be some kind sort of rules and kindness that should be used when participating within a drive thru. I guess you could call this as much as etiquette.
1. Don't order the whole damn menu. People are in line for a quick coffee or a couple of things. No body wants to wait for you to order the whole menu. If you are going to take so long, maybe it shouldn't be a drive thru order. Don't be so lazy, remember you are holding up the line, and order less. If you must order your huge amount, park that car, and get out.
2. The worst is when you are the car behind the window and notice the car up ahead is taking forever. Then you notice that they just got 1 or 2 coffees. How did they take nearly a minute to get their coffee, its cause they were fumbling with change. Another reason why the line in the drive thru is now held up. Do us all a favour, have your money ready for the most part, just as long as you are not fumbling through your change compartment for missing change.
3. Now this has to be the worst god damn thing. Now no body believes in tailgating... Well in drive thru, tailgate the guy ahead of you as much as you can. As I was in drive thru, I could not move up to the speaker box. I was literally 3 inches away from the box. The reason for this is that the gaps between each of the cars ahead of me were too great. If each car moved up just a little bit, I could have ordered. Its a piss off to look up ahead and see that you can almost order, but are just shy of the box in which you cant.
I dunno, just thought this would be an interesting thing to blog about as drive-thrus affect us all everyday. If i do think of more I will add to the list... More should come soon.

Is it just me, or do some people find it is hard to converse with another member over email? It seems that even though people are on this network to meet new people, that in fact they are hesitant to respond when an email comes in. I kinda find this odd because these people are on the site for a reason, in which to meet people, yet they do not partake in such actions. It shouldn't be that difficult that we are all on the network looking for the same thing more or less.

Not too sure on what this blog is suppose to incorporate, but I guess it will be around general thoughts of this network. I'm here to have a good time and meet some new and interesting people that will allow me to satisfy their desires while satisfying mine. Other then that, I guess we will have to see how this experience goes.
