As it is getting more and more difficult communicate on this site without spending a lot of , I wonder if there are other sites that people are turning ?
I know that there are sites for men looking for men that are ad revenue driven instead of membership driven like this is.
Are there any hetro sites that are more ad revenue driven that any of you know of?

A lot of pop culture presure puts focus upon a corporate ideal,
but when it comes to the "type" of woman that turns me on,
I'll take the woman most likely to be seen in a grocery store over Macy's or V.S.
Give me real.

Fathers Day, 2011

The weather is nice today and I'm thankful for that. Fathers Day has taken on a different perspective for me now that I'm an empty nester.
I'm still close with all my , even though they are all on their own, living their lives. It's a far cry from the days when I'd wake up to handmade cards, laughable attempts at breakfast in bed, followed by the "daddy take me's" that would follow. Things took a decided twist too, when their mother decided the grass was greener somewhere else too. I got to raise them alone during the years. Maybe that's why we're still close. They seem to know the sacrifices made on their behalf, even though I never said anything. Life then, was all about them. Now, here I am. As I try to put my own life back into some semblence, I'm considered too old to be desired.
I'm not gonna complain though. If I had it to do over again, I'd go through all that hell again for them. For when I see them as the adults that they are, I know that I did at least one thing right in my life.
It was all worth it.

I'm having a hard time with this. From the looks of things, I'm considered too old, even for women my age!
I refuse to accept this though.

I've begun the 2nd month of this 3 month gold membership and I can't say that it's been anything more than a distraction. I have noticed a few oddities while I've been looking for compatable partners.
The number of ads from my metro area seem to have decreased. It could be a natural annomoly, or maybe it's a trick being played by the site administrators...I can't say.
I have also noticed what I call "fake ads". All these profiles follow the same script. The handles, the photos, and the descriptions mirror each other, and apparently have been written by the same persons.
As if finding someone wasn't hard enough!!!

So LesbianPersonals has a "You WILL Get Laid" guarentee now. I've decided to take them up on it. I have a feeling, based upon what I've seen around my area so far, that they'll be paying up on their guarentee. I am not overly optimistic that there are any women nearby who will make the guarentee work.
We shall see...
