Age Old Question - What Really Turns You On?

I keep seeing this same question in so many of the groups. I see it asked by both men and women and I keep thinking are they just not reading the answers or are they looking for some magic "on" switch that will work for everyone, all the time?
I don't think there is a magic on switch and I don't think that you can ask a group that question and hope to get a response you can apply to someone you're interested in turning on, unless of course they post a response.
Turn ons are as individual as fingerprints, but I guess there are some that seem to work for the majority because I do see some repeats posted in the groups.
So what turns me on? I have to admit, some of my turn ons are pretty primal and basic. A good-looking guy showing off a great body (preferably a great naked body); watching guys on cam with audio getting off; good porn; having a guy strip for me in person--mmmmmm. All of these things generally turn me on, but what do you expect? I am only human after all.
Then there are the more subtle turn ons. Things that aren't as obvious and don't include nudity. If I'm talking with a guy and he's smart and funny, that can definitely start warming me up, especially if his humor is a bit naughty. Having a guy really look you in the eyes when you're talking; catching him smile at something you've said. One that always gets me is seeing him blush at something I've said. Now that's a real turn on.
Then there are the in between turn ons. More than the looks, smiles, talk, but much less than full out porn, these things can really heat me up. A casual touch, not really intended to be sexual, but just him gently touching my arm or placing his hand on the small of my back to kind of guide me. Slow dancing with a guy and by slow dancing, I don't mean someone trying to grind you to orgasm on the dance floor. I mean a guy that knows how to dance, how to move to the music in a sexy way, knows how close to hold you, and where to put his hands. Dancing with someone that knows how to do it well can definitely start that warm all over feeling that by the end of the dance ends with that lovely, warm, moist feeling between my legs.
Sometimes the more subtle things can actually lead to a faster and stronger arousal. I think because they're unexpected and usually come when I'm not really thinking about getting turned on. They just happen like a little surprise package and because of that, they're oh so much better.
After all is said and done, I still don't think there's a one size fits all for turn ons. Sometimes you just have to try several things to find the one that works for the person you're with at the time. And, if you do it well, the trying can be a lot of fun.

Sometimes, when my female friends and I were just hanging out and talking, we would end up on the topic of movies, TV, things like that. Eventually, we would end up discussing why a movie could get an R rating (in the old days) for showing a naked woman, but had to get an X for showing a naked man from the front. Someone would say, it is because the male body is not nice to look at. Some would even say it is ugly and we would end up with the eventual, it just is not nice to look at. It's not soft and round like a female body. I would always have to jump in and say, you guys are nuts. Naked men are incredible to look at. What is more beautiful and sexy than a hot, male body fully erect? Nothing I can think of, unless it would be a hot, male body fully erect in person. There would be the oh no, yuck, are you kidding me?
I have always thought the naked male body was amazing and beautiful. Not to mention erotic and sexy and a turn on. Of course there are some that are MORE amazing and beautiful than others, but that is the same for everyone.
Of course someone would eventually explain, they cannot show full frontal male nudity because they would be showing the sex organ on a man and that is just not allowed without an X Rating. Honestly, I think it is more basic than that. They are AFRAID to show it.
They are afraid it would arouse women, especially young women, and start them thinking about all the wonderful things you could do with that. How it would feel to touch it, taste it, take it inside you. And we just cannot have that influence going on, now can we? We cannot encourage women to think of men as sexual objects, that is just wrong! (HA!)
Many of them are afraid that women would start comparing them to what they see in the movies and on TV and expect a whole lot more from them. They fear they would loose in the comparison. That women might start wanting better bodies and bigger cocks.
Mostly I think it is because even now in 2009 the naked male body just plain scares the hell out of so many people, they still want to hide it and pretend it does not exist. How dumb is that?
So those of us that love to see a naked male body and the men that are proud to show theirs off, we come here and places like this to get our wanton desires fulfilled.
I thank each and every one of you that proudly shares their sexy and beautiful nakedness with us. I enjoy every one of them and have experienced many pleasurable moments viewing them and plan on enjoying many more.
