Working in IT I have been "online" for years. And that also means years longer than most everyone else.
Just an observation:
Meeting people online was much easier 20 years ago. Yes, there were less sites, less people and less bandwidth, but that was why it was so much easier. Today on your typical dating site the girls have to be outnumbered by guys 10 or 15 to 1 or more. Trying to get the attention of a girl is almost pointless when they are getting contacted literally 100s of times a day. It's all got me thinking that going to a bar might be a much easier way to meet people these days... Hmmm. Things kind of go full circle don't they!
