What to when in a sexless marriage

I have been married now for several years and it seems that with each passing month the intimacy level that my wife wants is less and less. Now we are not that old, we are both 36. She is a stay at home mom with the 2 and I work.

I can understand on the days/weeks I am out of the house more than I am in the house that she would be tired and not in any kind of mood for love making. But the days I am here to help out or when we have the occasional date night, what is the excuse then. I tell you what it is...."I am not in the mood."

What is a physically fit guy in his mid 30's to do when there are times that it is 2-3 months before I can get any?
