O - Town Orgy group !!

I would like to start a once a month Orlando area Orgy Group /Swingging Party. I want this to be open & fun for everyone but there has to be some discrestion and guidelines. First & formost, you must be discreet and be ( D & D free ). You must be willing to have fun but be respectful of others, ( No means No )!! This will be a ( BYO ) Bev. event. We can meet out at one of the local area hotels to get started, and as this grows maybe either as a group decide weather to move to a home setting or stay put. I would also like try to keep the male to female ratio the same so everyone has fun !! Tell me what you think, your imput is welcomed :
