What I want to do is set up a weekly social gathering. Like a speed dating thing but you dont have to pay for it!!! The meet would be at a regular bar (your ideas welcome) & it would be a regular gathering of people. Everyone is entitled to speak to everyone else in the group. No pushy people. Whats most important is to enjoy getting to meet others & after that, if you can strike it lucky, well good for you.
Given that there are so many more guys on this site than girls, I think it is necessary to even up the playing field. the rules therefore are as follows: 1. No single guys allowed to come by themselves, you must bring a female acquaintance or be invited to come to the gathering by a girl in the group!! 2. Girls, obviously, no restrictions, bring all the females you want to invite. Each girl can only invite one guy to the gathering. 3. I don't intend this to be a swingers club. Swinging couples are welcome, but this group is not limited to this community alone. 4. In my experience, the best way to meet partners is to be nice. Therefore, if you want to be invited to the next outing, you have to be courteous, respect others, & accept a "no" if someone is not interested in you. I've organised this before in London & it worked very well. Though not solely for my benefit, I am hoping to meet genuine, respectable & fun people in Sydney as I will be new to the city (arriving Dec. 15th 2007). Could freaks & perverts please steer clear of this group? What do you have to do now? Females, join the club through this group. Guys, you must join the group titled Sydney Singles club (guys). Guys who do not follow this rule will be deleted & invites restricted. We can also keep tabs more easily on the ratio of guys to girls in the circle. Get joining & as soon as we have a descent bunch, we can meet & have some fun.
