The Site Redesign

Unlike letting politions shoveing things down are throats, we may not be at all inagreement with there decision, but the TAX man will hunt us down if we don't agree!!!! and make us pay!!! BUT a.f.f. is a company that runs on revenue of paying customers. And we dont have to pay then then a fucking thing!!! So they should listen to paying and long term customers, this is a consumer sight, and you have to make you customers happy in order to stay!!! so we do not have to allow it!!!!!!! I will keep fighting till my membership expires or brought back the each individual members right to right to design our web's the way we like, I am out here!!!!! especialy gold members!!!!!!! that should be a right we have payed for, now GOLD, SILVER and STANDARD members are all the same!!! If it's fun, exciting or pleasurable...it's either illegal, bad for you or fattening!!!

couple of things i dont like about the new design : while on the magazine , answering questions on A/L you have to go back to the 'community' tab them select 'magazine' after each post, inconvenient -- the most undesirable thing is not being able to decorate or profiles -- i loved letting my personality come out with the bling background and fun colors -- and everyone's looks the same now , personality is gone from the profiles

And a little mention that in this very thread the words on the right are being chopped off... you hadn't noticed? How hard is that to fix? I personally have not seen any changes whatsoever as of yet, but heard some people saying they had the OLD site back..  .

I'm wondering if this Ryan guy is even employed by Various anymore. No replies from his end, and not even a suggestion that he has logged in, much less read these comments. I wonder if all of our disgust and fury is no more than shouting at a brick wall. Who the fuck is listening now? Bueller? Fuck me to tears. Fine. Although I love the ability to click on a Lady's profile, then proceed to email her, with the possibility of some great ensuing conversation and (GASP!) the possibility of actually meeting a great Lady on here and having her pull me to her bed? I'll sacrifice that Gold membership if Various Inc determines that it means that I have to become just another bland guy in a pool of hungry barracudas. I AIN'T that guy! I designed my profile and blog to be UNIQUE! If these proposed changes occur on every one of your sites? I will continue to post on my blog. But, I will NOT pay for the dubious pleasure of encountering Ladies outside of that Realm. Thank you, A F F, you have saved me a little cash. I ain't payin' no more until you repent of your sins. I hope you like the thought of many more blogging people doing so, for although we are a minority in your grand scheme, we DO have a lot of friends who are paying members, and not on the blogs. Be prepared to have your cash flow decreased. Make things right or pay the price. Can I make anything more clear to your business sense? While I don't like the overall look of the site, I realize change is inevitable. Here are a couple bugs I noticed: When searching members near me, when you click "next" to see another page, it takes you to the bottom of the next page, not the top which is kind of irritating. I was in Ionlyshow's chat room and could not get out, none of the buttons (Home, My Stuff, etc) would work. I had to close the browser to get out.

I was wondering and a question to them?? The ones that we keep employed!!! Maybe as you seem to want revenue down, as you have made alto of paying members very MAD!!!!! If we are going to keep our black and white sights, (very sore on the eyes) You should set an example and just change you main web to all boring white (but you have to make sure it is bright enough ) and only have in small block letters. AdultFreindFinders and see how that goes over to get you new members!!!! Well the writing only I suppose can be a little larger!!!! being sarcastic as a.f.f. seems to want to draw in horny and new members only too leave immediately as a very boring sight, and they seem to want to draw more fakes!!!!! As I do not think fake members will design their own web..and have you noticed, they respond back seldom, what are they doing!!! well not replying, well once in a while they pop in!!!! Well I think it was all this talk about Android, alot of members are useing then know and want to be able to get a.f.f. on there, can anyone tell me if they had to take some color off our profiles to make it more Android freindly??? ]Can anyone answer that for me!!! all this computor jargon, bits and bites, is very confuseing to me!! I do not like the extra hunting to find out if someone has commented on my blog. Previously I could do that from the home page immediately after signing in. I had fun with the large fonts. Has the staff at a.f.f. taken some time off, as they are not responding much?? Or are they just going to let a.f.f. go to shit??? after all alot of us have voice are opinions about canceling membership or not renew it!!!! as a paying member!!!! I think we have lost one more right, I think GOLD and SILVER members, that pay your bills should be permitted to design their own webs, and get rid of that hideous blue and florescent white!!!!! It is totally useless and unattractive, I hate the way the page works and can't even move my videos to any order I want them placed in, my pics do the same thing and it takes several tries to move them around, I despise that even blocked members can still view your profile page and it is not right we pay for privacy and you have now taken that away from your members, I have had my page up 1 year and it has been viewed 7 1/2 million times my membership is up in February and I am not planning on renewing my membership. Respectfully

I really do wonder if LesbianPersonals does listen to it's members especially the paying ones. According to your latest votes as of 11/26/2011 the vast majority of members do not like the changes. 47% rated the changes as very poor, 29% rated the changes as poor, 14% rated the changes as acceptable, 5.7% rated the changes as good, and only 2.8% rated the changes as very good. What are the percentages telling you or do you really care, or have you really looked at them along with the comments closely? When only 2.8, 5.7, and 14% of the people said the changes were at best acceptable that should send signals to the company loud and clear that people are unhappy with the changes. When 22.5%, those that rated the changes as very good, good, and acceptable are less than those 29% who have rated the changes as poor something needs to be done. Yet LesbianPersonals like it always does ignores what the customer says or wants. They hire people such as yourself Ryan to try and feed us why we need these changes. I'm sorry but your answers to the very select few questions you do answer are to those in the lower percentile who rate the changes as acceptable or less. Not once have I seen you answer a question when someone didn't like the changes. Here's a simple question. Are the days when the customer was always right gone? It appears that way because LesbianPersonals is still doing what they want without regard to those who do not like the changes. I don't like the changes in the blogs, but I also don't like the changes to the home page. I liked they lay out before the changes were made. I want to see who is in my area, the new members in my area, and the colors that we were once able to create. I rated the changes as very poor largely in part to the home page. If I already weren't a member of LesbianPersonals I surely wouldn't join because of the way it looks, and the ease in which you navigate through the site. I like many when my membership expires will not renew it because I'm tired of LesbianPersonals not listening to it's customers. allegria49 also makes some very valid points that LesbianPersonals should listen too: The very first and most important rule of customer service is "Whenever possible, give the customers what they want." LesbianPersonals has an opportunity here to engender some genuine goodwill from your members if you do the smart thing--admit you made a mistake and go back to the old site layout. Then devote your time and money to fixing those things which frustrate and annoy members--crack down on the huge numbers of fake profiles, fix the minor bugs, and improve what really needs improvement. A couple of examples: • Stop marketing the site as a place where men are "guaranteed" to get laid and making women feel like they're just here to generate more site traffic from stupid, rude, horny males. Start putting banner ads where women who would most likely join LesbianPersonals often visit, like Victoria's Secret, Yandy, etc. Adding more female members will increase the number of paying male members over time. • Make the link to the "Geographic Chatrooms" more prominent and easier to find; people who actually interact with each other in those chatrooms are much more likely to upgrade after awhile so they can view each other's profiles and utilize the email function. (That's what made me decide to upgrade.) • Make the site more female-friendly! Give members more options to filter out mail from those whom they don't want to interact with, i.e., married/attached members, smokers, heavy drinkers, drug users, etc. And women like colorful venues; if this site looks boring to me, a middle-aged male, how can you hope to attract women in their 20s and 30s? LesbianPersonals is heavily weighted toward males, but the only reason we come here (those of us who are straight, that is) is to interact with the ladies. As their numbers dwindle, so will ours. And no amount of new "24 yr old SWF wants to fuck" fake profiles will change that. American automakers lost billions awhile back because they made cars they liked but customers hated. Coca-Cola was a little smarter when it quickly brought back Coke Classic (and eventually discontinued New Coke when no one bought it). And we all saw what happened recently when Netflix spent all that money to restructure its delivery system and its customers balked, partly because the CEO refused to even offer an apology to them. LesbianPersonals now has the chance to benefit from those corporate disasters and write off your mistake now instead of later. The question is no longer whether "A F F is listening" but whether what we say really matters. Do we get back what we want, or will you continue to try to force this mess down our throats and hope we go along? A F F's members are waiting for an answer. I find the new home page design very lacking. How do you get to the blings? I have even tried to renew my membership, but wanted to go Silver this time for awhile instead of Gold and the site won't let me down grade. Does this mean it wants me off the site if I do not choise gold? I think the people that designed the home page didn't do enought homework and surely did not connect with the people that support this site for feed back.

Well as i write this i have just voted very poor on the poll, the stats are as follows.....Just 18 people have voted very good, Mmm, maybe LesbianPersonals members of staff who have been forced to vote??? Then there are 306 people who have voted very poor!!!! No need to comment anymore on this as it speaks volumes about members opinions here! I hate the new site design, what a total utter cartload of $hite!!!! It looks dull, boring and bland, i want profile background bling and custom colours back damn it, lets get some individuality back into the profiles please. Instead all you have done by making them all look the same is help the fake and scam profiles more easily blend into the site. Navigation of the site is now a nightmare. An extra click here and there to get to places that used to require only one click. I hate to say i told you so Ryan, but......I TOLD YOU SO. I said loyal paying members would leave, or refuse to pay for a gold or silver membership if this new site design went ahead, and i was right. Do the people who run this site want the site to go bankrupt? Seems to me you won't have too many paying customers left.  As said on your other blog before i also refuse to pay for this crap any longer. I've been a paying customer here for 4 years. I WON'T be renewing to gold or silver membership status when my current gold membership expires. Despite the overwhelming opinion of members here against this new site design, its clear to me the powers that be at LesbianPersonals won't listen to us, and will continue on with this despite everyone hating it. I used to log in here every day, but since the site design changed i've only logged in once over the last week. This site is'nt fun anymore. Looking at all this grey and white gives me a headache. I think i'll go over to passion and log in there, that is until you guys decide to go and fook passion up aswel, like you have done with LesbianPersonals. Not happy!

WHY the HELL!!!Did you guys do this shitty restructure?? And did not work on alot of the issues that were already pissed members off!!!! Now you have as you can see got more members really pissed off!!! But you have not responded at all!!! Are you going to think we are going to give up, well a lot of us are going to keep complaining, until membership expires and alot will not upgrade, and you know word of mouth is good advertising!!! Well this mouth is speaking!!! A.F.F. SUCKS!!unless you want to join a morgue, a dictator sight, dull sight, lots of fake profiles, and yes you are going to get more fakes!!!!!( as alot of fakeU] members will not design there own web) do not pay them a cent as they do not listen to the paying members!! I keep looking and still can't find any changes since 'The Change'. * Many things that were taken away are still gone (altho not their symbols in the action bar).. it doesn't seem to matter how many complaints you've gotten. * The drop down bars still don't contain the links requested * The bloggers are in the same pickle * We can no longer go back to earlier threads on the A/L * You don't even have the simple courtesy of informing your customers of what you are considering or just DO, let alone ask their opinion beforehand. Isn't the #1 rule of business to..."Know and attract your customer base."? What I do see is that you are trying to eliminate the STANDARDS by taking away the few privileges they did have... most of those would be women right? Then the fly thru men tempted by some freebie time and then dumped into standard where they can't even flirt now... so leave... because with these hard times, I don't think you can expect many to pull miracles out of their pockets as well as their zippers  .... and of course that Customer Service or even a vague interest in the preferences of your paying customer base... is pretty much non existent. The site is frankly way overpriced considering how few 'real' non bot, non hooker women there are in the first place and that the "Whores 'r' Us" selling point doesn't even exist for the poor deluded, but already paying "Dicks 'r' Us" males that you encourage. That was 'Hustler' right? The name speaks volumes.. and the philosophy proceeds... everybody gets hustled here. Got it.
