Please give your blog keyword/phrases lists for new browse

Andrew, What about a cgi search form that has a dropdown list of options to filter the search from the dbase. i.e. one drop down list box with types of topics of Blogs and with a Blogger (Handle) search and the other through user input of keywords (meta tags) or phrases typed by the user with the submit button (standard search form). I know there are Cgi scripts that can do this and only search through the database within the site; in addition, it should also keep web crawlers like Goog.., MS* and Yah** from searching through meta tags on the Bloggers Blogs if the tags are in the Cgi database if I am not mistaken.

1) separate the polls. just separate them. 2) searching - if we don't already have the ability to do a wildcard, that would be really helpful. maybe we do and I'm not aware of it. but like if I wanted to search for you and wasn't sure of the handle, I could put in something like %pump or something like that. I was just thinking... Why not just keep it as simple as possible and just use a category list of "Moods" and "Topics" in a drop down list with hyperlinks; in addition, let the postings be sorted by most recent date posted. Pretty much after looking at the various topics and moods, the meta tags and search on those keywords are not needed. There is already a search form for Blog postings by meta tags. I think more people would be interested in simplicity by a category listing. This is just an example below with the use of the table (not allowed to use form radio buttons, buttons, and list boxes in postings  So I did the best I could) of what in my opinion all that would be needed (basically the "Topics" would be the same as how the magazine section is separated and organized.).Nick Example: (Pretend the table is 2 List Boxes) In addition, List Boxes would consolidate room on the Blog Home page.

well, here is some that I can think of: male,female,threesome,3some,fmf,mfm,orgy,group,lesbian,gay,bicurious, bisexual male, bisexual female/woman,joke,poem,story,rants,fantasies,erotic stories,blog,bbw,fellatio,cunniligus,looking,searching ,relationship,cheating,married,attached,single,rave(s),thoughts, well that is all I can think of right now.

oh btw, you also might want to add 'male' or 'female' or 'woman' or 'man' behind some of those to make the 2 and 3 word phrases that you're talking about...as in: 'searching for man' or something like that...

thanks sexyfit ... kinda figured that had happened. Ok, now I am annoyed. A good part about the seacrh was, you coudl pu tin your own name and see who had linked you too. So I coudl do the courtesy of commenting in their blog for linking me, now it only shows yer blogs and not the blogs you are linke din. Very annoying. Change it back.

Keeping it simple, what about searching on Titles? If you looked up "horny" for example every blog with that word in the Title would list. The Titles would contain the "keywords" or subject matter of the blog. This could crimp the style of some most popular bloggers who get hundreds of views no matter what they post but it might force a more level playing field for the rest of us who have to post a catchy title in order to attract any viewers. I like DreamLover's idea but it might only work with another drop down box and everyone doesn't use the one that's there. wCharlie

male/female men/women suggestion.... per the most actively watched blogs... we have two lists now... why not make one of them most actively watched male blogs and make the other the most actively watched female blogs ? Just a little food for thought............. If you really want to be happy, nobody can stop you... {=}

The "new" way doesn't work!!! IT SUCS! Can we jsut go back to the old way?!?!?!? Recently, some have written some nice things concerning me and I woudl like to thank them.. the new way doesn't allow for this - come on! IT DOESN"T WORK!!!!!! IF, it doesn't work..return to the old way - "staying the course" is a really fuc'd way of making things happen. Admit that the new way is a failure..return to the OLD PLEASE!!!! Thank you.

i cannot find where someone has written something nice about me...I canoot reciprocate becuas eof this new search!!!! PLEASE FIX THIS! The old way was so much better!!!! Or tell me what I am doing wrong. I tried recently to get to a post of someone that had written something nice about me and I wanted to thank them....i put in their handle and my handle = NOTHING!!!! This is a horrible way for connection - you ruined it by changing it.
