 To answer your two questions, from this particular guy's opinion: No. It doesn't. If I was going to build my idea of a perfect girlfriend, or close to one, she'd have smaller breasts. I'm no expert on bra sizes, but a B cup would probably be my idea of a nice size. No bigger than a C. But in the end, it's the person and the woman that they are attached to is all that really matters. When I look across the room at her and she draws me in, makes my heart pound, knees go weak and knocks me out in the bedroom and there's no one in the room but her after I make that first eye contact. The breasts don't even factor in unless she's wearing something that accents them or is meant to draw attention to them. They just come along as part of her and part of the packaged deal. And, they'll get the same attention from me no matter what the size.

 For me, not in the least. I actually find some small chested women quite hot, especially even they have a nice, shapely booty to go with it.
