A Stranger

Doesn’t it make you crazy… In a brief unexpected moment your eyes meet, and if only there would’ve been a small mishap, a slipped drink, a helping hand or even a clumsy stumble, it could have opened a door to a whole new world… But instead you turn away, out of shyness or indecision and by the time you turn back, they’re gone…
How do you explain it without sounding crazy, “that click” that you felt when your eyes met, it’s like the switch on a train track, transporting you from the present moment, to what might have been… Then reality intervenes and then you shake it off, telling yourself to stop chasing dreams… But I can tell you, that feeling in that brief moment “it was real” and you must not ignore it, because it’s the sound of your fate beckoning you to take a chance… When you hear the voice of your destiny calling” take that chance… That faint smile at the edge of your lips, will always leave a lasting image in my mind

I like those moments when you meet a person and things just click between the two of us... But many times I've missed that moment and will always wonder what if
