«Paura. Perdere completamente il senso della routine e vivere ogni giorno con la paura. Paura del dolore, paura dei risultati delle analisi, Paura di non superare i cinquant’anni. Paura di mangiare un gelato. Paura degli sguardi compassionevoli. Paura di non essere più desiderata. Paura di quell’attimo terribile che precede l’ingresso in sala operatoria. Si può smettere da un giorno all’altro di avere paura? Forse no, ma penso che ci proverò. A partire da oggi.»

 Ho molta piu' paura nel prossimo di quanta ne avessi anni fa'.....e io sono sempre lo stesso

 La paura ci può rendere immobili.
Avere paura è umano
Rispettarla è giusto
Affrontarla, sempre
Ma soprattutto vincerla. Un dovere.
