Has anyone tried today to contact customer service for AFF

I have been trying all day to check on when they are going to have my case resolved and all i keep getting is All circuits are busy call try your call later today

 I actually got through yesterday, but my results were not good.

first time I've gotten the run-a-round from them on anything.

Still not to happy with them right now.

i got through yesterday to but to day it took me until 8pm my time and i got nothing out of them besides the lady almost to the point of calling me a liar.
