Fake IM's

Fake IM's Does anyone else have this problem? They come it waves... Almost all the same except for the user name and . I've reported them. I've blocked them. I've blown up their IM's with hundreds of their IM's I've copied and pasted. I figure why not annoy them back. LesbianPersonals really sucks. I'll copy and paste the fake IM's just for fun. Add yours and it will be that much more fun! |

The site gets paid for every contact that is made.Reporting them only tells them how to do it better. Using more than all the road!

Agree with Mashric: this is likely harvesting and is probably automated. Not worth the time to do anything but dismiss out of hand. I mean, I love the idea that a 20-something wants to text with me! But I know better, so much better (and if there any 20-somethings who have seriously texted me, I'm sorry!)

LOL... why are you reporting them? Just take note, make a list, and next time you're in Delaware... or Pennsylvania , give one a call. You can give one a call or send a text, but you will likely only sign yourself up for advertising spam and robocalls that ignore the do-not-call lists.

It is very annoying not to know who is real and who is fake.

Yeah, I get a slight variation of the same thing. It usually involves a profile with "mistress" somewhere in the handle and they are offering all sorts of things, and an email address. They are likely to originate from disposable profiles as no sooner has one been reported and deleted, another one with nearly the same handle crops up.

That's the only time I find the IM actually works is when receiving these fake/scam messages.
