Adult FriendFinder website cheating customers and pathetic customer care.

I had taken glod membership in this site and they had advertised that pay for 3 months and get a month free. After registering it showed only 3 months, when contacted customer care they gave a list of condition. These condition were not mentioned while taking membership but now they say these condition should be meet. This is really pathetic and clear cheating to customer. they should have mention the condition while registering, if this site is really true and genuine.

Now after couple or corresponding with customer care, they have also stopped responding. This is the most irresponsible customer care. If they wrong and cannot help, they just stop responding. You cannot even escalate and they provide no email address management. I believe the management is also the same.

The best LesbianPersonals will do is delete this post to cover the cheating.

Please share your experience about this site.

there's always a way to escalate in any business utilizing call centres. the key is knowing the magic words. The rule of thumb consists of asking to speak to a supervisor/ manager 3 times. They're usually allowed to tell you the manager or supervisor isn't available / try to calm you down twice before they have to get the manager or supervisor on the 3rd time. It's basically a built in firewall to protect supervisors / management from overload of calls.
