whats up with the cams

we want to know if anybody else out there can not use your cam or see other cams? we are gold members and pay for this we cant have any fun..its not fair and i hope they fix it soon.. just had to vent a little today..donttellandiwont

 I Noticed on the home page,the site is doing a customer satisfaction survey.. maybe let them know there, how badly the service you pay for sucks!
