Hanging Up A Calendar Good morning... A couple of things going through my mind as I hang up a 2020 calendar. *** Thinking back to when it was 99. Many were in such a fear of what's going to happen when the year 2000 hits. Thinking are the clocks still going to work? Maybe they'll name a highway after you, lol, or you can at least drive down one. Anything done half-heartedly will net you an equivalent result. ~CH

great post Holly, In the Year 2525, i always pondered the last verse, a bit cryptic and surreal i thought now its been 10,000 years man has cried a billion tears for what he never knew now man's reign is through but through eternal night the twinkling of starlight so very far away maybe it was only yesterday maybe that is their way of making us wonder "what does it all mean"?

Hunting out the calendar for next year here as well Holly. 2525 I wonder if we will leave an earth for the next generation of humans. We have a tendency to make breakthroughs both in medicine and in our destructive force to end life. I am hoping that I can eat better and do some regular exercise to help extend my life and hope that the next bus does not hit me. We are enjoying a warm spell here in the midwest but the storms are building out west Happy New Year to you and your followers Holly another insightful post

1999 a lot of worries that year of what the New Year would bring. A lot of worry all for naught. Maybe some good things came from all the worrying we did back then. Seems we worry a lot about things we have no control over.
