男人在意持久度，但到底要多久才算久，答案其實出乎意料之外

那麼，男人平均都撐多久呢？性能力強的男人又能做到多久？

在性醫學期刊(The Journal of Sexual Medicine)上，有兩篇針對男人持久度的研究。

一篇發表在2005年，研究者找了500對異性戀夫妻(分別來自美國、英國、荷蘭、西班牙和土耳其)，請他們用碼表記錄4個禮拜內，他們做愛的時間。

碼錶從陰莖進入陰道後開始記時，射精後就立刻按下停止鍵。

結果發現，如果把特別持久(45分鐘)和特別快速(不到30秒)的人剔除，那麼這些男人們在陰道內持續挺進的時間，平均大約是5.4分鐘。同樣的研究在2009年又進行了一次，研究者因為擔心碼表上的數字會讓男人焦慮，所以改用看不到數字的紀錄器，再度對同樣5個國家的474對不同夫妻進行研究。

結果發現男人持久度平均時間是6分鐘。

所以，透過這兩個研究，我們可以說，男人平均持久度的時間大約就是5到6分鐘。

但是，在第二次的研究裡，研究者也發現大約有38%的男人對自己的持久度感到焦慮，令人非常驚訝的是，這群對自己不滿的男人，他們在陰道內平均挺進的時間竟然是4.9分鐘，和之前兩次研究的5.4分鐘和6分鐘，不過只差了1分鐘！

真是1分鐘逼死一堆好漢，根本自己嚇自己！
