Veterans and friends

Once again another night of serving Veterans you know them old retire men and them young men who seem to have a chemistry about them. Last night I was bar tenting and my two favorite old guys show up as they do every Saturday wearing them Veteran hats depicting what branch of service they where in. As usual they sat in the same spot they do every Saturday and just talk about the good old days to hear them stories of places they been and things they done never gets old. I smile each and every time they come in. Tonight was different more men and three ladies that served came in not knowing anyone but like I said the chemistry is there soon all of these people somehow grouped up and all sharing the stories and adventures they had no one knew one another but how would anyone know that cause of the way they talked it was like a family........ that is amazing anyway no sex talk this just struck me funny . You people that served this country are amazing cut from the same cloth and lived the same as if it was meant to be. Yes I thought I would share that with all sorry about no sex talk today this was on my mind and wanted to share. Thank God for people like these. My father was a Vet, my brother was a vet my cousin is serving, I have friends serving and they all talk the same and they all are amazing.

As a retired Master Chief 25 years serving I can speak for myself on why Vets do what Vets do. Its because of the oath that they swore as well as the understanding that we are all one when wearing the Uniform. Might be different Branches of Service per say but its a bond that is cemented for life, You mentioned that others came in that severed and how they all seemed to group together young and old is once again the common ground they all shared from the moment they swore that oath to boot camp to putting on that Uniform bonds them for life. Marines are a key example when being friends once a Marine always a Marine. Anyway thanks for supporting these fine men and women of the Military where is it you work at I would like to come and have a beer sometime
