台北1對夫妻因丈夫陰莖細又短，勃起長度不到5公分，妻以周姓丈夫不能人道訴離獲淮；醫師表示，周男應屬「小陰莖症」患者，無法投藥解決，可靠延長或增粗手術補救，但靠手術僅能增3公分。

林口長庚醫院泌尿科主治醫師陳煜表示，成年男性勃起時只要長度短於7公分，屬「小陰莖症」患者；研判周男勃起且硬度夠，應仍足夠與妻子嘿咻，只是難令女性產生性愛快感。
