It was a degradation thing, hardcore breaking a person into thinking they're subhuman or something like that.
First I'd start with tattooing "property" on her chest (lowercase), just under her tits; then, for a good amount of time (no longer than a month, I wouldn't tell her) I'd have her in a complete latex/spandex/leather/however catsuit: no visible flesh period.
For the whole time, she'd have practically no rights except being able to call it off: cannot speak or make any noise, cannot move without permission, cannot eat without permission, cannot even use the toilet without permission. She would be stored in a closet when not in use, and I wouldn't even refer to her as a person or use personal pronouns in reference to her; she'd be an 'it' without even a name.
Then, when the time was up, I'd take the catsuit off it (still wouldn't be allowed to wear clothes in private) under the reason of no reason at all, maybe as a privilege, I dunno, Maybe for the reason that I've simply decided that I want to see its flesh, nothing more. There would be super-strict rules, even the smallest infraction would have it back in the catsuit 'indefinitely'. If it ever did have to speak, it wouldn't be allowed to refer to itself as a person, or to its own existence at all.
During this first-out-of-the-suit time I'd write labels on other parts of the body: 'flesh lumps' on the tits, 'empty space' on the back, 'fuck hole' at the cunt, 'shit hole' at the anus, 'food hole' on the mouth, 'nothing' on the forehead, and a big wide 'it' on the chest/stomach. Again, all lowercase.
